Job Description

Overview:


As the Associate Director of Sales play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization. He/she will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals developing and implementing sales plans and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Supervises Sales managers.
  • Determines annual and grossprofit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends economic indicators competitors and supply and demand.
  • Creating reports on sales performance
  • Update action plans and financial objectives.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Attend all department meetings hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
  • Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Analyzing sales statistics/ trends
  • Able to provide trainings and lead Sales team.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Hospitality
  • Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and management
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales developing clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
