Overview:
As the Associate Director of Sales play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization. He/she will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals developing and implementing sales plans and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
- Supervises Sales managers.
- Determines annual and grossprofit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends economic indicators competitors and supply and demand.
- Creating reports on sales performance
- Update action plans and financial objectives.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Attend all department meetings hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
- Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Analyzing sales statistics/ trends
- Able to provide trainings and lead Sales team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in Hospitality
- Ability to communicate present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and management
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales developing clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions.
