About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in the success of the IHFF Exhibition. In this role you will be responsible for driving exhibition space sales building strong relationships with potential exhibitors and exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify potential exhibitors in the health and fitness industry. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs. Negotiate and close exhibition space sales contracts. Manage existing client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with the exhibition. Work closely with the marketing team to promote the exhibition and generate leads. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports. Qualifications: Minimum of 35 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the events industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the health and fitness industry. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Time management and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
