Position: Legal Assistant

Location: Leicester City Centre

Type: Full time Permanent Office based

Salary: Up to 26K

THE COMPANY:

This company is a wellestablished specialist Legal Practice with a focus on excellence and integrity that have built a strong reputation within the industry and are now seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team including document preparation filing and scheduling.
  • Assist with case management by organising and maintaining client files and records.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  • Liaise with clients external agencies and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents correspondence and reports.
  • Manage incoming communications and prioritise tasks effectively.


Requirements

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous experience of working in a Legal Practice is preferred.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
