HireNow Staffing is currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Med Surg team in Boston MA. As an RN in Med Surg you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes. Schedule: 36 hours Rotating Day/Night w/ every other weekend/holiday (three 12hrs. shifts)

Salary: $71230.00 $141017.00

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgical including assessing diagnosing planning intervening evaluating and educating patients

Communicate with various health care team members patients and their families

Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to interprofessional colleagues

Update and manage patient records

Enter and interpret computerized data/information

Follow guidelines and policies established by BMCs nursing organization

Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects

MustHaves

1 One year of RN experience

2 Must have an active or pending Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or the ability to obtain one.

3 Must be willing to work permanent nights with every other weekend (36hr/week)

NiceToHaves

1 More than 2 years of experience

2 Recent Step down med surg or ICU experience
