Performance Creative Strategist -

We are looking for an experienced Performance Creative Strategist to join the marketing team of a key player in the digital gaming market.

In this role you ll be the part of a team whos goal is building and bringing all local gaming communities under one global roof.

What youll be responsible of:

• Develop and execute innovative datadriven strategies for advertising campaigns on Meta & TikTok.

• Craft copies briefs scripts for graphic/motion designers content creators & ad campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with media buyers & video editors to achieve best creative results.

• Track & analyze creative data come up with hypotheses and make informed decisions to improve ads performance.

• Own visual brand execution of Social Media ads.

• Analyze competitors ads & targetaudience preferences.

• Search for new ideas and stay ahead of gaming market trends.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Performance Creative role or similar position.

• Outstanding portfolio showcasing creative excellence supported by data showing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.

• Able to daily generate and evaluate innovative and creative concepts and ideas.

• Expert in key performance metrics skilled at analyzing creative content and deriving actionable insights for improvement.

• Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok platforms along with a sharp insight into the creative formats that excel on these channels.

• Skilled at influencing storytelling and effectively conveying key messages in a visually compelling manner.

• Adept at quick strategic thinking and decisionmaking.

• Excellent communication skills in English
