Job Description
Store Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics including sales footfall
inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store
efficiency and profitability
Prepare regular reports on sales performance inventory levels and customer
feedback.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management for informed
decisionmaking.
2. Store Management:
Oversee daytoday operations of multiple stores. Ensure compliance with
company policies visual merchandising standards and safety protocols
Collaborate with store managers to maintain a consistent brand image across all
locations
Coordinate and manage projects related to store renovations expansions or
process improvements
3. Staff Management:
Lead motivate and guide store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver
exceptional customer service
Conduct regular performance reviews provide coaching and address training
needs. Set monthly and quarterly targets for the store staff
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
