Job Description
A leading textile company
Designation: Quality Head
Experience: Minimum of 1520 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within the fabric manufacturing industry.
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering Quality Management Industrial Engineering or a related field. Master degree preferred.
Location: Andhra Pradesh
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
Establish and maintain quality control standards procedures and specifications for all stages of fabric production from raw material procurement to finished product inspection.
Implement and maintain effective quality management systems (QMS) to monitor measure and continuously improve product quality process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to evaluate and monitor supplier performance conduct supplier audits and ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in fabric manufacturing.
Establish and maintain quality control standards procedures and specifications for all stages of fabric production from raw material procurement to finished product inspection.
