Job Description:
Responsible for a variety of support tasks including but not limited to:
- Reviewing and drafting agreements such as standard form NDAs power of attorneys resolutions procurement contracts and general terms and conditions
- Managing and organizing legal documents correspondence and records.
- Keeping a record and track of any legal notices and communications.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.
- Maintaining filing systems and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Document management including running progress trackers to manage internal projects and legal initiatives
