Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the US staffing industry to join our team. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients and opportunities within the US staffing market. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting strong communication skills and the ability to drive results in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients and key decisionmakers within the US staffing industry.
2. Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling email outreach and social media prospecting to engage with potential clients.
3. Qualify leads based on specific criteria including staffing needs budget and timeline.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
5. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead generation activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
6. Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and progress to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in lead generation within the US staffing industry.
3. Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highpressure environment.
6. Proficiency in using lead generation tools and techniques including LinkedIn sales intelligence platforms.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
8. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques to improve lead generation efforts.
