Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ecommerce manager to lead our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ecommerce possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing the online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and develop action plans to optimize performance and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate average order value and customer lifetime value.
Manage and oversee the ecommerce platform ensuring functionality user experience and performance meet or exceed industry standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product management IT and customer service to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential threats in the ecommerce landscape.
Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals providing guidance support and performance feedback.
Prepare and present regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance trends and opportunities to senior management.
