Sales Associate Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales. Youll be working towards achievable targets within a supportive team environment with no field work or rigorous sales activities required.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various platforms and techniques to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in handmade products.
- Reach out to handicraft sellers through platforms like Instagram and other potential channels to onboard them onto our platform.
- Identify and implement new techniques to effectively onboard new sellers and attract customers interested in buying and selling handmade products.
- Actively engage with both sellers and customers to understand their needs and preferences providing personalized assistance and support throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
