Prestigious and rapidly growing Central London aesthetic/cosmetic surgery business are looking for a sales focused Senior Patient Advisor to manage all incoming new client enquiries concerning cosmetic surgeries and aesthetic treatments converting these into consultations.

Please note the role requires previous experience from a salesfocused cosmetic surgery/ aesthetics background within a similar role or you may be a manager looking for a change!
You will be covering a maternity leave this is however a permanent role with similar or management opportunities within the business after this.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Customer liaison ensuring fivestar services at all times converting enquiries into appointments
- Managing the new customer enquiry process over phone and email and liaising with Clinic team
- Identifying and resolving any issues concerning customer enquiry process working with management and marketing to address and drive business growth
- Feedback of customer information/feedback to marketing and management
- Contacting existing clients with updates and offers
- Creating regular reports demonstrating conversion of enquiries for management
- Diary management
- Administration
To be successful in this role you must be driven organised and have a passion for customer service and sales within the aesthetics industry.
Requirements

- Proven work experience in a similar role with a passion for aesthetics/cosmetic surgery a sales driven Clinic Manager looking for a change would fit in well!
- Enthusiasm to be part of achieving business growth
- Proven sales experience working with new patient enquiries converting these into consultations/appointments
- Professional attitude and presentation with the ability to liaise confidently with a high profile clientele
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Good administration data entry and typing skills
- This is a key role in the organisation where you will take ownership of driving new business
