Concierge Supervisor
As a Concierge Supervisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring that we personalised and exceptional service to all our guests. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, including managing guest requests, luggage assistance, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings
- Providing personalized assistance and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Ensuring that all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally, exceeding guest expectation
- Training, coaching, and mentoring concierge team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive attitude
- Coordinating with other hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and valet, etc. to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handling guest complaints or concerns effectively, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and transportation options to assist guests effectively
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Knowledge in Opera PMS is an advantage
- Local knowledge and experience are an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
- Additional language is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
