Conduct comprehensive market research to identify the top 250 global target clients seeking AI solutions for CX enhancement.
Utilize industry databases market reports and networking platforms to identify potential clients and key decisionmakers within target organizations.
Client Needs Analysis:
Engage with key stakeholders within target client organizations to understand their unique requirements challenges and pain points related to CX.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities where AI solutions can add significant value and drive business growth.
Solution Design and Customization:
Collaborate with internal AI experts and solution architects to design customized AI solutions tailored to address the specific needs and pain points of target clients.
Develop comprehensive proposals outlining the proposed AI solutions their anticipated benefits implementation timelines and associated costs.
Relationship Building and Consultative Selling:
Cultivate strong trustbased relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target client organizations.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients providing expert guidance on leveraging AI technologies to enhance their CX strategies and achieve their business objectives.
Employ a consultative sales approach to effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI solutions and secure buyin from clients.
Pipeline Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions opportunities and sales activities in our Hubspot CRM system.
Track and manage the sales pipeline ensuring timely followup and progression of opportunities towards closure.
Generate regular reports and insights on market trends client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in strategic consulting roles preferably within the AI or technology or strategy consulting sector.
Deep understanding of customer experience (CX) principles trends and challenges with a focus on how AI technologies can drive CX improvement.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with Clevel executives and senior stakeholders.
Business fluency in both German and English. Additional languages would be an advantage.
