YOUR MISSION

The IKONO Global Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to support the launch of new venues across Europe enhance brand reputation increase sales drive positive media coverage and ensure effective internal communication within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the launch of new venues across Europe through strategic communication planning and execution.
• Develop and implement a global PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation across key markets and drive sales.
• Execute PR activities in Spain including media relations press releases and event management.
• Coordinate with PR agencies in other markets to ensure consistent messaging and maximize media coverage.
• Develop and execute an internal communication strategy to engage employees align teams foster a positive company culture and drive sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in communications PR or related roles preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience in the Spanish market with a thorough understanding of the Spanish media environment coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners or agencies in other markets to implement communication strategies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns and communication strategies to drive sales.
• Experience in media relations including pitching stories managing press inquiries and building relationships with journalists.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with PR agencies and manage external partners.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
• Knowledge of internal communication strategies and practices aimed at fostering employee engagement and improving organizational communication.
• Ability to analyze communication performance metrics and make datadriven decisions for continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Spanish as a native language and proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level are required. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
