Job Description

  • Review, analyse, and evaluate as-is business processes of Human Capital Management.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors
  • Ensure solutions are available to the users.
  • Assist business by providing support and rollout out new solutions around Human Capital Management Solutions.
  • Implement and support the best practice solutions across the business.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of the system.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
  • Support business users in delivery of end user training as required
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  • Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
