Job Description
- Lead and manage the video production team, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members.
- Develop creative video concepts and strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing for campaign requirements and create video content that supports marketing initiatives.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee video shoots, including script development, casting, location scouting, and equipment coordination.
- Direct video shoots, ensuring that creative concepts are effectively translated into visual content.
- Oversee video editing and post-production activities, ensuring that the final output meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative techniques to enhance video content creation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, direction, and editing.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with the marketing department.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and a strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio.
