Job Description

- Assess and evaluate patients with acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, diabetic ulcers, and traumatic injuries.

- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based practices.

- Provide wound care treatments, including cleaning, debridement, dressing changes, and wound measurements, using sterile techniques and specialized equipment as needed.
