Data Engineer

Role:
As a Senior Data Engineer you will together with your colleagues play a pivotal role in designing implementing and maintaining our data infrastructure data provisioning as well as designing and modelling engineering metrics on team domain and corporate level. Your primary focus will be on modelling engineering metrics to optimize insights on our processes products and services.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements related to engineering metrics.

Design and develop data pipelines to collect process and transform raw data into actionable insights.

Create and maintain data models for engineering performance metrics.

Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficiency and scalability.

Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Essential requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Data Science or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on modelling engineering metrics.

Proficiency in SQL Python and data modelling techniques.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark or similar).

Experience with Google BigQuery

Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI Google Looker or Qlik Sense

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
