Incident Management: Receive analyze and resolve incidents related to COPA functionality reported by endusers. Troubleshoot issues related to COPA configurations data and integration with other SAP modules or external systems. Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers or SAP support as needed. Problem Management: Identify recurring or systemic issues with COPA configurations or processes. Work towards root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with other teams to address underlying causes of problems such as data quality issues or system performance issues. Change Management: Assess and implement requested changes to COPA configurations reports or processes following established change management procedures. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand change requests prioritize them based on business impact and execute changes in a controlled manner. Ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Service Requests: Fulfill service requests related to COPA module such as setting up new reports modifying existing configurations or providing adhoc data analysis support. Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Continuous Improvement: Monitor COPA performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Propose and implement enhancements to COPA configurations reports or processes to improve efficiency
