Job Title: Senior Technical Lead/Director of Digital Content

Location: Toronto Canada (Inoffice three times a week NO RELOCATION)

Were seeking a Senior Technical Lead/Director of Digital Content for clients main website. Candidates must be local to Toronto Canada. The role involves managing a team of web content developers and collaborating with marketing leadership content creators and UI/UX designers. Key responsibilities include overseeing content creation editing and publishing across digital platforms ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital properties like the clients Capital Markets website.
• Collaborate with marketing and vendors to ensure effective content meeting technical standards.
• Engage in technical and strategic decisionmaking to maintain consistency across projects.
• Manage a team of 7x people.

Requirements:

• 5 years of technical experience in digital content management or web development with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Expertise in web content development content management systems web analytics and SEO best practices.
• Handson experience with HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular Vue.
• Familiarity with personalization and content targeting tools.
• Nicetohave: Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments crosschannel marketing campaigns and platforms like Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
