Job Description


Responsibilities


In this role you ll:
  • Gain a deep understanding of each customers environment identify customer needs propose solutions that will accelerate their success
  • Manage and grow opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle from postsales to renewal ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management.
  • Employ a solutionoriented approach with a focus on use cases involving AI technologies and SaaS functionalities.
  • Build upon the growth & adoption of our product within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive a pipeline generation cadence to develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Lead compelling presentations of our product and vision to a broad range of audiences from Clevel executives to individual contributors using our valuebased account management methodology.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on account performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities.

Required
  • Technical background with strong technical acumen and understanding of cuttingedge technologies
  • 3 years of experience in account management ideally in AI Data Platforms or Enterprise Software
  • Experience in customer account growth including upselling and crossselling and in driving renewal opportunities
  • Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and the role of technology in driving business outcomes
  • Proficiency in modern account management processes/methodologies
  • Excellent presence and proven track record of influencing and selling at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & pipeline management
  • Willingness and ability to travel to spend time in person with key clients (Global)

Desired

  • Up and crossselling experience in AI Data Product Analytics and Engineering
  • Previous technical sales experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning
  • Deep commercial expertise in structuring SaaS contracts
  • Experience with data and how to leverage data to help business achieve their customer experience initiatives



Location

This role will be remote based in London (UK).
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom
