About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's visual identity and producing captivating designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually striking videos and designs for print collateral, digital assets, marketing materials, and other mediums
• Lead the design process from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to gain insights into project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and industry trends to maintain the company's competitive edge in design
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of original strategies and campaigns
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines while upholding quality and consistency across all deliverables
• Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure designs are error-free and adhere to brand guidelines
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Proven experience as a senior graphic designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design prowess
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere), as well as other standard design software
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Project management experience, including the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Keen attention to detail, innovative thinking, and a passion for pushing design boundaries
• Knowledge of marketing and branding principles is advantageous
• Experience in 3D design or motion graphics is a plus
