Technical Inside Sales Representative needed for a manufacturing company located in Greeneville TN. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a MidSized and well established company. This is a Day Shift position and the starting pay range is $27.00 per hour.

The Inside Sales Rep will hold calls with clients and coordinate with the manufacturing team to meet customer requirements and expectations on products.

• Manage and oversee daytoday sales operations within the Industrial department.
• Develop pricing strategies and approve quotation pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Utilize indepth product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to tailor products according to customer specifications.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to product innovation discussions.

Requirements :

• Proven inside sales experience preferably in the metals or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with developing pricing based upon variable input components.
• Excellent communication organizational and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) Power BI and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
