Your Job

To specify you will

  • Lead the Viously technical team.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and leadership team to develop a strategic vision for engineering aligned with company goals and strategy.
  • Ensure the effective technical execution of Viously product vision ensuring objectives are met with excellence with a focus on infrastructure scalability continuous deployment (CI/CD) and processes to ensure platform robustness and reliability.
  • Be responsible for daily delivery ensuring roadmaps are executed.
  • Acting as the technical reference for our video platform Viously.
  • Bringing deep technical expertise in the video domain to the teams.
  • Maintaining constant strategic vigilance to stay at the forefront of the video industry.
  • Being a handson VP directly involved in the development and troubleshooting processes.

Your profile for this job

  • Technical expertise in a video platform: Having developed a video platform and faced scalability and performance issues.
  • Leading an engineering team: Having managed multidisciplinary technical teams during a highgrowth phase.
  • Sharing Sparteos work mindset (link to our culture).
  • English: Read spoken and written. Capable of leading a team in English.
  • Geography: Able to spend a few days in our offices every month.
