Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent school in Enfield as an experienced and passionate Spanish teacher. We have over 20 years of expertise in the education field making us the perfect choice to find the right talent for providing quality education to students.

In this role you will have the responsibility of delivering highquality Spanish lessons to students at Secondary levels. The school prioritizes a studentcentred approach to teaching and strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment. As a member of the vibrant language department youll have the chance to collaborate with a team of dedicated educators in contributing to the holistic development of the students.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students ensuring that they are tailored to the needs and abilities of the students.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and appreciation of the Spanish language and culture.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop crosscurricular initiatives and incorporate reallife experiences into lessons.
  • Participate in staff meetings professional development opportunities and parentteacher conferences to ensure clear communication and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress behaviour and any additional support requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field with a focus on Spanish language education.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience teaching Spanish to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students parents and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
  • A passion for language education and a creative approach to teaching.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience in delivering curriculumbased assessments.
  • Ability to implement inclusive teaching strategies that cater to students with diverse learning needs.
