Tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT projects related to logistics and supply chain management.
• Analyze existing business processes identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for IT systems and applications.
• Work closely with software developers and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of IT systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong background in process engineering with a deep understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages (written and verbal) is essential.
