As a Visualizer you will have the opportunity to work closely with our design and construction teams to create compelling visual representations of architectural concepts and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects designers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create highquality 2D and 3D renderings animations and virtual walkthroughs of architectural designs using visualization software such as Autodesk Revit SketchUp VRay Lumion or similar tools.
Assist in developing and refining design concepts materials and spatial arrangements through visual representation.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine visualizations to meet project goals and client expectations.
Support the preparation of presentation materials including renderings graphics and animations for client meetings proposals and marketing materials.

Recent graduate of a degree program in architecture interior design visual arts or a related field.

Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as Autodesk Revit SketchUp VRay Lumion or similar tools is a requirement.
Strong artistic and design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for architecture design and visual storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the architectural or construction industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. - Strong understanding of architectural design principles, urban planning concepts, and project management methodologies. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
