Job Description

Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor services, overhead costs, and any other relevant factors.
Collaborate with project teams during the planning phase to quantity project scope, review project plans and specifications, and identify cost drivers and potential risks.
Prepare bid documents, including request for proposals (RFPs), bid packages, and subcontractor bid solicitation documents, ensuring clarity and completeness to obtain competitive bids.
