Requirements:
- 10+ years of Python development expertise within technology-forward enterprises, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or decision-making capacity.
- Exceptional track record in the finance sector, with a strong understanding of industry challenges and how to address them through technology.
- Proficiency with advanced machine learning concepts, distributed systems, and processing large-scale data assets.
- Commitment to software craftsmanship, valuing clean, reusable code, automated deployments, and a test-driven development mindset.
- Adept with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) coupled with advanced database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- A high-level academic background with degrees in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
