Responsibilities: Manage the Strategic marketing process for the company. Monitor and control the marketing budget. Coordinate with Media agencies to manage the companys website press releases content in various social media channels etc. Work in close coordination with the Sales team for the management and analysis of CRM and pipeline data Responsible for new product development and existing SKUs Plan and organise marketing activities like architect meets panel presentations Customer/dealer events guidelines for fabricator/applicator/roofer meets. Plan and launch Sales promotion activities for dealers. Major Results and/or performance level expected out job Management reporting on market intelligence Support the sales team in lead generation activities like exhibitions dealer conference etc Plan and make available the necessary sales tools (brochures displays etc) to the sales team Execute the marketing campaigns to meet the objectives. Main contacts for this job Dealers Customers Media & Service providers (external). Management team Sales Team HR & Supply Chain teams (internal). Candidate requirements: Good verbal and written English communication and verbal communication in Hindi and some south Indian languages. Knowledge of understanding of the product and services Relevant experience minimum of 5 years Graduate / Engineer (MBA in Marketing management would be an added plus
