Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and
professional networks.) and offline channels (conferences Field Visits)
Using innovative recruitment methodologies for Lead Generation.
Mapping doctors from competitors and research on new markets to get potential
leads.
Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments
and inperson interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers/ Business heads to identify staffing needs.
Constantly build a database and keep the hiring pool active for upcoming
vacancies.
