Registered Manager

• Work with the Senior Operations Manager to deliver safe highquality services for the people supported.
  
• Coach and develop a team with an emphasis on Practice Leadership to develop and align practice.
  
• Manage 5 extra care/home care services across Warwickshire.
  

Requirements

• Level 5 diploma in leadership management in adult care (or equivalent experience).
  
• Experience within domiciliary/supported living/extra care.
  
• Registered with the CQC.
  
• Have at least 2 years experience within senior position.
  
• Have experience with supported living/ Domiciliary Care/ Extra Care.
  
• Hold a valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
