Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and strategically expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
