Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the schools curriculum and standards

Use a variety of teaching methodologies to meet the diverse learning needs of students

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic growth and socialemotional development

Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents

Collaborate with other faculty members to design interdisciplinary projects and activities

Use technology to enhance learning experiences and prepare students for digital citizenship

Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices

Communicate effectively with parents colleagues and school leaders to support the academic success of students

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

Valid teaching credential in California

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting

Strong knowledge of content area and current teaching methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be a team player
