Job Description

1.1. Obtain the required equipment list, P&ID and other relevant drawings from the Company representative assigned for the specific facility covered by this contract.

1.2. Provide field surveying services, whereas they are expected to conduct equipment data verification (Survey) based on Equipment list, as-built drawing and cross check with ISS/Data sheet, P&ID’s and Vendor drawings.

1.3. Collect equipment nameplate details from field based on as-built equipment list and P&ID.

1.4. Validate the following information on the most up-to-date provided drawings with the consent of Company representative assigned for the specific facility covered by this contract:

1.4.1. Compliance of drawing with actual equipment in field.
