Our client There is an immediate vacancy for an experienced Civil Site Development Project Manager. Client is a developing multidisciplinary civil engineering and land surveying business that has been providing highquality land and site development solutions to Colorados Front Range for over 30 years.

This position will be in charge of supervising a design team assisting in the engineering of projects engineering reports and letters supervising production and quality control deliverables maintaining project schedules project budgets project billing and communicating with team members clients and government agencies. Conduct internal project meetings and instruct junior employees.

Experience Requirements

• Civil Site Development Engineering experience.
• Requires 3 years experience as a project manager.
• Must have extensive expertise in site development including single and multifamily residential commercial and retail developments.
• Strong understanding of grading drainage utility and highway design experience leading a design team and regular communication with clients and government agencies.
• A professional engineers license in Colorado is required.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Be familiar with AutoCAD Civil3D. StormCad and WaterCad.
