Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for corporate clients in the fields of HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Tailor training content to the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting to the preferred mode of delivery.

2. Curriculum Development:

  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources for various training topics.
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.

3. Participant Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques and tools to cater to different learning styles.

4. Assessment and Feedback:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure participants' understanding and progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants and offer recommendations for improvement.

5. Professional Development:

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance to ensure training content is current and accurate.
  • Continuously improve your training delivery skills through self-assessment and learning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a freelance trainer or corporate trainer in HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the respective fields, including industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training approaches as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training sessions.
  • Proficiency in using technology for virtual training and content delivery.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in the respective areas are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on a freelance basis, with availability to conduct training sessions as per client requirements.
