Our client is an infrastructure company that offers construction traffic solutions and procurement services to both public and private clients. Due to expansion they are in need of a Foreman Concrete Production.
Location: Zamfara
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute concrete works including precast and site concrete pouring.
- Arranging materials and allocating crews for concrete production activities.
- Collaborate with batching plant operators carpentry and steel fixing other foremen to ensure timely quality and safe work execution.
- Train and develop masons and helpers on proper techniques and equipment handling.
- Monitor equipment/ mixers tools precast molds and material usage and report any shortages.
- Report Manpower daily (Manpower Time Sheet / Concrete production report)
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to superiors for improvement.
REQUIREMENT:
- BSC in any relevant field
- A proven track record in the construction industry specifically concrete production precast and pouring at site in the field of asphalt road construction and associated civil activities.
- Knowhow of concreting activities including precast of drains and box culverts.
- Strong understanding of material control production planning and concrete quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and follow superior instructions.
- English communication skills.
A proven track record in the construction industry, specifically concrete production, precast, and pouring at site, in the field of asphalt road construction and associated civil activities. Know-how of concreting activities, including precast of drains and box culverts. Strong understanding of material control, production planning, and concrete quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and follow superior instructions. English communication skills.
