Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 12

Shift Notes: 12hr nights 36hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

OnCall Requirements: None

Traveler Policy: Will only consider candidates with permanent addresses outside of the 50mile radius of the facility

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

• Minimum 2 years experience Required
• Must be willing to float to MS Units as/if needed
• High proficiency in Cardiac Rhythms Vents Drips Mental Health Peds (noncritical) Required
• Meditech EMR
• BLS ACLS PALS (ENPC not accepted) Must be through AHA

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
