Shift Notes: MondayFriday Rotating 7384 and 95 or 4x10 hour shifts 75PM; 30 or 32hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend and HOLIDAY CALL REQUIRED

OnCall Requirements: 12 nights/week and HOLIDAY CALL REQUIRED

• Previous Cath Lab experience Required
• Experience with AdolescentGeriatric Required
• NY Rad Tech License Required to inject contrast dye per NYS guidelines
• ARRT (R) Required to inject contrast dye per NYS guidelines

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License ARRT and BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
