Sales Operations Associate

• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize agreements with partners and brands.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal terms.
• Maintain agreement records and databases.
• Assist in financial closing for sales transactions.
• Verify financial data accuracy and generate reports.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payments.
• Act as main contact for partner and brand inquiries.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners/brands.
• Develop and update dashboards for tracking sales metrics.
• Analyze data for insights and improvements & Prepare reports for management review.
• Presentation and deck making skills

Some specific requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 2 Years of prior experience in sales operations or finance preferred.
• Strong mathematical analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to understand legal terms and agreements.
• Detailoriented and adaptable in a fastpaced environment
