Primary:
1. Coordinating with agency teams mainly for management of paid media campaigns website performance email marketing and all the key areas involved such as Google campaigns paid social campaigns SEO tech development and analytics.
2. Coordinating with internal teams involved in customer service customer database and lead management.
3. Monitoring and ensuring smooth workflow and delivery of all jobs and tasks internal as well
4. as external on a day to day basis as per planned schedule.
5. Actively contributing to the functioning and productivity of external agencies work to help ensure continuous optimization of spends
6. In addition to this will support the Brand Manager on coordination for creative and content PR content and activities and BTL/ Events agencies etc. as required.
7. Helping ensure all marketing and communication requirements are delivered in a timely manner and with strict adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
8. Manage the brands online presence across all digital platforms managing and monitoring community and conversations under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
9. Maintaining MIS including daily task lists leads tracker / leads data management job status reports MOMs Brand & Competition tracker.
Secondary:
1. Working with all internal stakeholders including Customer Care Sales and Business Development
2. Stay updated on latest developments trends platform updates.
3. Track category and competition on a regular basis.
4. Supporting the development and planning and executing the implementation of brand marketing and communication strategies plans programs and calendars.
The ideal candidate should have:
A MBA degree preferably or at least a Bachelors Degree
3 4years experience either on the brand side or agency side or a combination of both.
Extensive experience in working with or at agencies as part of digital marketing digital
Handson delivery experience and achieving deadlines and targets.
Digital native with strong grasp of digital marketing management working on multichannel campaigns ideally with experience on brands that include big/ wellknown names.
Excellent command of English written and spoken with good presentation skills
