Job Requirement:
Five (5) years industry experience in a network operations/support environment; relevant experience in Security
domain; Experience Network Security Administrator
Cisco CCNP Security;
Knowledge on ITIL framework Cisco Network & Security Devices
Technical ability to understand the issues related to day to day operations
Engineer should have expertise in areas Like troubleshooting and handling of various Network Security devices
and technology viz. Firewalls Load Balancers etc.
Handson experience on troubleshooting Firewall & LB devices
Handson experience on Firewall Policy / rules and access control configuration
Monitor and Manage Network Security devices and related performance
Understanding of DR Solution and support requirement
Technical ability to provide Support to L1 engineers;
Technical ability to provide basic fault finding and fault escalation; Escalation Management (Internal and with
OEM)
Experience with liaising with vendors to validate hardware parameters and functionality then replace if
necessary
Good understanding of incident management activities;
Good ability to follow and documented operational processes;
Experience with ticket management and change request management systems;
Experience with network Security monitoring / management tools/ analysis tools and related performance;
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
