Manage the Department Dry Food Storeroom and commissary receiving goods during the absent ofperson-in-charge Handle and maintain alladministration relating to new and existing culinarycolleagues’ movement in the department, including thedepartment's internal & external casual laborrequirement Plan and administer the departmentduty roster and maintain the department medical leave records forsubmission to Human Resources Department Reportand collate the accident reports and Workplace Safety checklistaccording to the Health & Safetypolicy Monitor monthly invoices and do propercost accrual process when necessary Assist theculinary colleagues in expense claims andreimbursement Report and collate the accidentreports and Workplace Safety checklist according to the Health& Safety policy ENGAGEMENT WITHINTERNAL AND EXTERNALGUEST Ensure allkitchen operations run smoothly with minimaldisruptions Support Culinary team with updatedinformation, via group chat Effectivecommunication between colleagues to ensure a secure and friendlyworking environment Establishing andmaintaining effective inter-departmental workingrelationships Actively share ideas, opinionsand suggestions Efficiency in preparations andexecution Drive constant work flow improvement& system improvement
