Skills Required Excellent time management and communication skills to collaborate with AHCCCS division clients ISD functional teams and vendors to deliver results on deadlines At least 2 yrs experience assisting technical project managers Working knowledge of SDLC agile/waterfall methodologies budget principles project management principles and best practices Exceptional client management skills
Experience Required Experience with federal/state funding and regulations a plus
Education Required Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities
Position Description The Project Coordinator will assist ISD Implementation Project Managers with specific tasks related to their assigned projects including organizing and communicating details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serving as a liaison between those team members and the ISD Implementation Project Manager
These tasks include: Monitor and communicate key milestones for vendor selection and federal/state funding activities by working with Procurement and IT Governance & Compliance partners
Perform various coordinating tasks such as schedule and risk management maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries
Draft federal/state status and informational updates for review/approval by the ISD PMO
