Job Description
- Conduct inspections and audits of vehicles and services to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- After the mechanic/ electrician has completed the work specified on the job card – road test all cars & complete quality control check.
- Prepare product reports and documentation.
- Screen and record all mission activities and analyze all processes to ensure the work is in keeping with high-quality requirements.
- To lead the workers to maintain safety precautions and thereby able to reduce the accident rate.
- Verify the documentation for the repair is correct and completed properly, check sheet, service book stamped etc.
- To monitor technician clocking and KPIs on daily basis. Liaise with technicians & Team leaders if the required quality has not been achieved.
- Studies specifications and determines dimensions and tolerances of piece to be machined, sequence of operations and tools, materials and machines required.
- Maintain necessary records of performance.
- Ensure quality of every product machined.
- Conduct monthly pit audit & reporting variations to the respective team members
