We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer experienced in HVAC to join wellrespected leader in design construction & delivery of complex industrial manufacturing & distribution facilities. This role will specialize in HVAC & mechanical design packages across Fortune 500 client projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare HVAC & mechanical design packages for industrial manufacturing & distribution facilities.

Working alongside team in a multidiscipline EPC environment perform field investigations interface with clients & vendors size & select equipment and guide designers to prepare construction drawings.

Requirements:

Active PE Registration Required. Will consider applicants without PE if close to having one (ex: taking the test within a few months).

Bachelor s Degree or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5 years experience in design of Industrial HVAC systems including air side systems dust collection industrial ventilation equipment selection and scheduling and hydronic systems.

• Experience with the development of air balance and HVAC Control Diagrams/Sequences of Operation utilizing the Revit BIM platform is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of equipment vendors application of materials of HVAC construction load estimating software (HAP) assembling design packages client interface and field investigation a plus.
