Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients facilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners assisting to oversee their work and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
  
• Conduct deep cleaning of commercial spaces including but not limited to offices banks medical environments and industrial facilities
  
• Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure adherence to company standards and protocols
  
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding cleaning schedules issues and concerns
  
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate replenishment as needed
  
• Uphold safety regulations and guidelines at all times
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning with at least 3 years in a similar role
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to effectively train and motivate team members
  
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques products and equipment
  
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and overtime as needed
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management are a plus
