Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Quality:

  • Regularly visit and liaise with customers SQE on quality reports and requirements related issues.
  • Ensure that all Risk Analysis nonconformance reports and customer feedback/8D are fully processed and corrective and preventive actions are taken.
  • Monitor and keep track of RCA and CAPA with Manufacturing Process Owner to ensure effectiveness.
  • Regularly share SCAR status and followup actions on RTV.
  • Ensure that all statutory regulatory and product cleanliness requirements are taken care of and followed up.
  • Ensure Customer Spec SOPs and Work Instructions governing criteria for work practices are prepared and available at the point of use and are followed.
  • Monitor and audit the effectiveness of PMP SOPs and Work Instructions and ensure remedial actions are promptly taken.

2. Supplier Quality:

  • Liaise with suppliers CQE on quality reports and requirements related issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers for quality discrepancies and follow up on the improvement actions from suppliers.
  • Lead supplier quality audits.

3. Internal Quality:

  • Enhance the internal quality control system and workflow to improve efficiency and drive quality improvement projects.
  • Work with Operations and NPI for process and product improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with the functional team to define inspection criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product requirements.
  • Assist in FA and New Sample Submissions when needed.
  • Recommend Quality EHS and RBA improvement plans.
  • Carry out project management or adhoc projects as assigned from time to time.
  • Handle and respond to corporate Ecomatrica Platform.
  • Manage ISO9001 & ISO14001.
  • Manage material TDS RoHS Reach and chemical substance system and customer audits.
  • Handle Order Tracking Report.


Requirements


1. More than 3 years experience in product quality management.

2. Good experience in customer complaint handling.

3. Good experience of quality control and quality assurance in line.

4. 8D/FMEA/quality control plan implemented.

5. Strong communication skills.

6. Good problemsolving ability.

7. Positive learning ability.

8. Clear logic analysis ability.

9. Good oral English Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin will be given priority.
